Taskworld has been charging us too much for an additional staff member that we removed back in August. We're looking for a refund, but the replies we've gotten just ain't cutting it. Please refund us the difference right away.

I'm a big fan of Taskworld. It's the top-notch project management tool I've come across. Hoping to see a report feature in future updates.

It performs its job really well, though there are moments when it gets a bit glitchy. Fortunately, those issues get resolved pretty fast.

This is an awesome tool for keeping my tasks organized! I really enjoy using the Kanban boards to manage my work, especially since I can break it down by project. Plus, there's this cool view that lays out all projects on a timeline, making it super easy to see what I gotta tackle each day without having to sift through every board. There are quite a few email notifications that can get a bit annoying, but I reckon there's a way to adjust that. The analytics feature is also fantastic for showing how fast some projects are moving along and which ones are lagging behind. One thing I wish it had is a way to track how many tasks I've pushed back the due date for.

Honestly, there's a lot to love about Taskworld. It really simplifies both task and project management. However, my team has run into at least three occasions where whole cards just vanished. Regardless of how useful the features are, losing data is something we just can't accept. To make matters worse, the support team was no help at the beginning (they just threw out some lame excuses), and then they completely ignored our emails once they figured out we weren't buying their story. All in all, we're pretty disappointed with our experience using Taskworld.

It’s not just awesome for visual recall; the drag-and-drop functionality is a real boon for folks like me who find that physical interaction helps cement the memory of tasks we've finished. The system is super user-friendly and packed with great features (like timing your tasks, tagging items, and delegating responsibilities) and you won’t spend ages getting the hang of it!

Before switching to TaskWorld, our company tried out a bunch of other tools like Trello and Basecamp. What I really dig about TW is how it’s set up by team member, and you can just drag and drop tasks around. Plus, it takes the place of hangouts and Skype for our internal chats, which is super handy.

For large companies, it's the ultimate solution for agents, since you can access it on both desktop and a fantastic app. It's user-friendly and has some really excellent features for the job.
